Overview

About this park

A park in Portland's Pleasant Valley neighborhood on the eastern edge of the city, near the Boring Lava Domes landscape that includes Powell Butte and Clatsop Butte.

Pleasant Valley is one of Portland's newer development areas, and Eastridge provides neighborhood green space in a part of the city where parks are still catching up with residential growth.

Background

History & notes

During the 1990s, the Eastridge Homeowners Association and the Pleasant Valley Neighborhood Association worked with PP&R to complete a master plan for the park. Minor park improvements were made over the years; the construction of the final plan elements was completed in October 2007.
