Overview

About this park

Named for the former Gresham mayor who was instrumental in annexing the surrounding land, this park sits in the Brookside Community housing development near SW Binford Avenue.

Brookside residents campaigned for years after developer Charlotte Point, LLC promised a park when the subdivision broke ground — attending meetings, putting up signs, and pressuring the city until council designated it a priority in 2018 among six undeveloped parks facing a combined $37.
